Terms and Conditions, Returns & Refunds Policy
Thanks for shopping at Aquatic Aviation LLC. Please refer to our terms and conditions below for our return and refund policy. Please review them before making any transactions with Aquatic Aviation LLC.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All sales of Wireless Remote Systems, including Wireless EMK and Plug and Play products, are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for these items.
Sale Items and Used/Demo/Refurbished Products
Sale items and used products are sold as-is and are non-refundable.
Refunds
All product orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
Credit Card Purchase Refunds
To give you the lowest possible prices on our products and to make it more convenient for you as one of our customers, once you have placed an order with us via credit card we are charged a processing fee from our processors for allowing you to use your credit card. This fee is charged to us when we take payment and again if we refund you. Due to this fee and our high ticket products, we have to charge our own processing and handling fee for refunds. Please make sure you are 100% sure you want to purchase via credit card before making a purchase on our website or over the phone.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Lessons and Training
If you have purchased a lesson or training course from our online calendar you will have up to 48 hours prior to the date scheduled for your flight to cancel for a full refund. If you fail to cancel a flight experience after 48 hours prior to your flight experience you will not be eligible for a refund. If your flight experience is canceled due to weather permitting activities you will be eligible for a full refund.
Gift Cards/Certificates
Gift certificates never expire and can be used for the full amount on the gift card/certificate. Gift cards or certificates are not refundable.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Aquatic Aviation, L.L.C. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please inspect the packages upon arrival and report any missing or damaged contents within 7 days. Notify us of any issues with the products during this time. If we are not notified within 7 days from the delivery date, we are not responsible for any issues.
If your order is returned due to not being able to accept and sign for the package you will be responsible for any cost related to the redelivery of the order. If you decide you want to cancel the order you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all Duties and Taxes charged from the shipping company when importing and exporting products from our warehouses. This is out of our control and the shipping company will sometimes charge the duties and taxes to the customer. The duties and taxes must be paid to the shipping company before delivery can be made. The shipping and handling charge we charge you is for the actual shipment itself.
How To Return Your Item
To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization form
- Complete the RMA
- Wait for approval of the RMA from Aquatic Aviation, LLC
- Once approved ship back the unused product with the original packaging to the address below.

Warranties
We are a third-party reseller of products and all warranty claims must be dealt with by the manufacture. We are not responsible for warranty claims and after the product is delivered you must deal directly with the manufacture. Please reach out to us for warranty contact details on your product.
